 panko is the best breadcrumb you can have it will give you a better crispiness without been soggy , for either English or Japaneses cooking










,dip some prawns in a tempura batter then cover it with panko and deep fry,








for your chicken fillet or fish cake dip it in flour,egg wash then into panko why crush the panko to give you a less coarse coating,
